Supply of a Tenant Decorating Scheme, predominantly for new tenants moving into properties owned and managed by Rugby Borough Council. The Tenant Decorating Scheme will provide the customer with property type specific paint packs, an optional accessory pack or a monetary voucher option based upon a room only requirement.
