Rooftop Housing Association Limited (Rooftop) is looking for a Service Provider to provide the following services:
| • | Annual lightning protection servicing repairs |
| • | Annual mansafe servicing |
| • | Electronic service records |
| • | Remedial repairs that arise from the servicing |
| • | Provision for surge protection if found when doing the inspection |
| • | Lightning protection risk assessments on buildings (optional) |
Please note: Rooftop may wish to appoint more than one Service Provider for these services.

The anticipated start of the contract is June 2024. Contract term is 5 years with an option to extend for a further 3 years.
