The Council wishes to procure Technical Support to support the re-provision of the Council’s day to day planned maintenance service and investment (otherwise know as capital programme) that embraces a wider strategy that reflects annual maintenance investment into the housing revenue assets and meets the statutory and regulatory obligation to have a repairs and investment service in place for November 2017.
The overarching vision for the new contract is to:
| • | Secure the new contract for a term to be determined, to enable better control, intelligence and strategic planning across our housing stock. This will: |
| o | Deliver value for money to the HRA |
| o | Give the opportunity to have in place a robust contract that is outcome driven and contains a payment mechanism designed to incentivise partnership working |
| o | To raise the standard of our current assets and our neighbourhoods |
| o | To have embedded in the contract social return on investment (SROI) |
This support is required to assist in the technical collation of the PQQ and ITT for the procurement of the council’s Housing Repairs, Maintenance and Investment contract.
