whg require a training provider/s to:
| - | Work in partnership with us, to co-create the programmes necessary to achieve the apprenticeship standards or frameworks for the range of roles specified and establish programme schedules mapping delivery |
| - | Provide a fully costed breakdown for all programmes to include third party end point assessments where required |
| - | Deliver high quality learning programmes and activities that fully utilise the on-the-job experience gained |
| - | Manage all administration with qualification awarding bodies where required from enrolment to external verification and award |
| - | Provide regular formative feedback directly to our apprentices and their line managers |
| - | Establish and implement a robust monitoring and reporting system, to include management information about the programmes, to be reported to the Learning & Development Manager each quarter |
| - | Identify and integrate measures or indicators for VFM and return on investment into those reporting arrangements |
