We have identified a need for Participants within this programme to have access to a service that will provide specialist advice across the south-west region covering the following key areas:
| | Housing: advice for housing issues, access to accommodation/homelessness, preventing homelessness, landlord disputes etc. |
| | Finance, benefits, and debt support and advice |
The service required is as follows:
The capacity to receive up to 80 referral per month for a period through to March 2022 and will be expected to take a mix of standard referral and urgent referrals.
A standard referral will be contacted within 5 working day of referral and will not be at immediate risk / in crisis.
An urgent referral will be contacted within 2 working days of referral and be reserved for participants in crisis and/or at immediate risk of any of the following ...
| | Housing - Eviction hearing or hearing date, or illegal eviction. |
| | Income - No income or expected income including benefit sanction. |
| | Debt - Physical bailiff visit |
The service required is 1:1 to participants delivered either by telephone, email, or video call (participants preference) whereby specific specialist information, advice and guidance is given based on the needs of the individual. Each information, advice and guidance sessions are expected to last between 60-90 minutes for each participant referred.
Additional information: Seetec Pluss delivers Employment Programmes in South-West England.
We provide tailored support to help Participants get back into work. We undertake a personal assessment and support to identify goals, develop a return-to-work plan and access additional help if needed. For example, mental health, or wellbeing support.
Please note more than one contract could be awarded within the cost envelope.
Contracts will be issued on a maximum fixed amount, with a detailed specification based on the offer agreed.
Expressions of Interests will be required to:
- Outline and evidence your experience in delivering the services outlined above
- Illustrate your proposed delivery which meets the minimum requirements
- Provide an indicative price
This will be used to shortlist partners for evaluation and due diligence before any contract award is made.
