CBC-0752-H-CE Repairs Delivery Model Consultant - AWARD

A Professional is required to provide expert advice to Central Bedfordshire Council building a new repairs delivery model starting with procurement of its repairs, voids and cyclical housing contracts. The options appraisal is complete with a Joint Venture as the most suitable option to meet our requirements closely followed by a partnership arrangement under an open book contracting arrangement.

Advice regarding best practice, route to market and a good knowledge of these two contracting options is required to drive the procurement process to completion.

The successful consultancy will be expected to regularly meet with council officers and stakeholders and advice on the contracting arrangements and procurement process.

Contract start date 1st August 2017 - 30th April 2019

Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, no later than 12:00 noon on 28/06/2017, tenders received after that time will be excluded.

Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.
