GB-Derby: New Build Super Structure Framework

This framework is for the delivery of improvement, modernisation and new build work. It is the intention that Derby Homes will act as the Project Management for the delivery if individual projects under the terms of this framework and will employ individual Service Providers with the skill set required for the specific areas of work to deliver the projects. The work disciplines that are required within the scope of this framework are the construction of the superstructure from the DPC level (built by others) upwards, including the installation and assembly of roof timbers.
