We require a consultant to provide consultancy services to achieve the following objectives.
The main objective of the LAEPs is to provide energy infrastructure options that can reduce carbon emissions in West Yorkshire. In addition to this, objectives include:
| • | Reducing overall energy demand |
| • | Improving air quality |
| • | Increasing the energy efficiency of homes and reducing fuel poverty |
| • | Improving business resilience through improvements in energy efficiency, transport etc. |
| • | Enabling development of the green supply chain |
| • | Supporting green skills, training, and upskilling to enable employment growth in this sector |
| • | Building citizens’ awareness through stakeholder engagement. |
