The City Council would like to procure the services of an experienced consultant/team to produce a Spatial Regeneration Framework for the Commercial Business District area of Liverpool City Centre. It is intended that the SRF will be adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document to supplement policies in the Liverpool Local Plan, once that has been adopted.
