Westminster's Rough Sleeping team commissions services to help empower homeless and vulnerable individuals to rebuild their lives and find sustainable accommodation. To support the delivery of the Rough Sleeping Strategy 2017-2020 and the City Council's 'City for All' vision, we are looking to procure Rough Sleepers Frontline Accommodation Services, to be delivered in line with the Rough Sleeping Team's Key Commissioning Principles. The procurement will be split into two lots, reflecting the different needs of two different client groups. Further details on each lot can be found in the procurement documents.
