The Council is seeking to procure the services of an expert multi-disciplinary consultancy, either a single consultancy with all relevant expertise in-house or a single lead consultancy subcontracting in, managing and liable for the relevant expertise to support the submission of the planning and statutory applications for these interventions and co-ordinate the process for the entire programme, ensuring alignment and consistency between all interventions and processes.
