Upgrade to Bede Centre 2020

The project involves the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the Bede building to allow for its use as a teaching location for a new Apprenticeship Degree. *******************************************************************************

2. Mechanical works
3. Joinery and carpentry
4. Decorations
5. Flooring
6. Partition Installation
7. Some Structural works
8. Some fire installation i.e. smoke detectors
9. Installation of curtains
10. Plastering
11. Accessibility works involving an accessible WC and the widening of doorways
12. Asbestos awareness.
13. New hot water system
