GB-London: Efficient and Intelligent Council Portal

We are procuring a two part project where interested parties can bid for either or for both parts. The objective is to develop an online resource to help assess a council's efficiency and intelligence in its operational practices. They will use this resource to understand and assess their maturity in this area and also be guided to materials, resources, tools and skills to help them improve. Part a is a research and data location process, developing a framework of suitable materials that can help to describe, assess and help maturity in efficiency and intelligence. It also involves developing an efficiency maturity model that councils can use to assess themselves. Part b is the technical development and implementation of an online portal to host these materials. It also involves turning the maturity model from part a into an online self assessment tool

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
