Cheltenham Borough Council ('Authority') are looking to appoint a Service Provider who has the commitment, energy and enthusiasm to give a personal service, as leaseholders and Service Providers, to run their catering and recreational Services and facilities at their outside catering establishments.
This Concession Contract will include the following:
| 1. | Montpellier Gardens Café, including Tennis Courts |
| 2. | Central Cross Drive Café, Pittville Park |
| 3. | Pittville Park Boathouse, including Boating, Golf Course, Skate park, Tennis Courts and Fishing (also includes responsibility for maintenance and up-keep of the CBC owned fleet of boats) |
| 4. | Pittville Park Play Area Refreshment Kiosk |
