description

UCL is planning to purchase the services of a provider who can coordinate the EDUCATE programme of support across all 246 cohort participants. The provider will:

Develop and Organise Business Mentoring programmes for Educate cohort members.

Recruit the relevant business mentors to support this activity.

Provide coordination of the EDUCATE programme of support across all 246 cohort participants within the lifetime of the project.

Coordinate the UCL senior project team and UCL engineering representatives to perform a needs analysis that will allow carving out the cohort mentoring programmes. This needs assessment will be turned into a Support Application plan, compiled by the start-up business that will underpin the participant's Educate mentoring journey.

It is planned that the provider for this stream of work will be appointed for 117 weeks from 4 September 2017 to 29 November 2019 on a three days per week basis. The budget for this work is £125,000 exclusive of VAT but inclusive of any and all expenses incurred. Your Tender should demonstrate how this can be spent most efficiently.

The specification detailing UCL's full requirements is set out in Schedule 5 ("Specification") and should be read before Bidders begin to respond to this ITT.
