L24083-T-TC - The Supply of Maintenance and Support Services (Telephone Systems)

London Luton Airport is looking for bidders for the Supply of the Maintenance and Support Services of Mitel Telephone Systems.

LLA requires maintenance support 24x7x365 on all Mitel services to support the airport in its operation. The selected supplier will also be supplying line rental and be responsible for the support relationship for 3rd party solutions such as call recording, call logging and phone lines.

Supply of handsets will be required as part of this contract. Details of current handsets are detailed in the schedule. However, if a specialist requirement is identified by the airport, then we would be looking for assistance in purchasing and or implementing (if the equipment is supplied by other) the solution.

Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.
