The Authority intends to award a Single Supplier Framework Agreement to run for a period of up to two (2) years subject to satisfactory performance on the basis of the supplier meets the minimum organisation qualification requirements and the most economically advantageous proposal which will provide the delivery of the Services as outlined in this Invitation to Tender.
