description

NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) is part of the National Health Service (NHS) and is responsible for the strategic planning, management and supply of donated blood in England, tissue products in England and North Wales and organs for transplant throughout the UK.

All donations of blood components are made by voluntary, unremunerated donors. In recognition of their contribution to helping save lives, donors receive a token award at certain milestone donations. The award they receive following their first donation includes a silicone key ring, indicating their blood group.

The Brand Communications department is responsible for the purchase and continuity of supply of donor recognition scheme keyrings. We are looking to appoint a company to supply these keyrings.
