VE/2343 - Leadership Development Training, Assessment and Coaching Services

The University of Leeds is seeking to engage with providers of leadership development training, assessment and coaching services to support the delivery of its new Leadership Development Strategy and Leadership Behaviours. The University has identified the need to build leadership capability across the organisation and at every level in order to develop the positive working environment required to deliver its Strategic Plan

We are seeking to engage with either one or a number of Leadership Development Training, Assessment and Coaching Service Providers to work with us over the next 2 years to develop bespoke development interventions in the following areas.

(The tender is split into 5 Lots. Bidders are welcome to submit bids for individual Lots or for all Lots. Each Lot may be awarded on a sole supply basis, however, the University may decide to award Lots to more than one bidder)

Lot 1 – Design and delivery of a Leadership Development programme for a senior leadership audience of approximately 100 leaders

Lot 2 – Design and delivery of Leadership Development programmes for established and emerging leaders.

Lot 3 – Design and support for an online self and 360 assessment tool aligned with the University’s new Leadership Behaviours

Lot 4 - Personal Development Coaching to support leadership behaviour change.

Lot 5 – Design and delivery of accredited coaching training to a minimum of 2 internal cohorts of coaches to increase coaching capability/resources.

Each Lot will be contracted for the period from February 2016 to 31st January 2018, with the option to extend each Lot individually for up to a further 2 years.
