This is an e-auction for the purchase of 35 Lenovo S1 Yoga12 (20DKA00200) and 35 of Port Designs Courchevel top loading case (160519)

This procurement process is for the provision of 35 x LENOVO THINKPAD S1 YOGA 12, INTEL I5-5200U convertible laptop with touch screen (20DKA00200).

Detailed spec will be provided and only this type of machine will be accepted.

Those companies not able to find the part number are advised to contact Stuart Martin, Public Sector Internal Sales for Lenovo, smartin@lenovo.com who will be able to provide the necessary information

In addition, 35 x PORT DESGINES COURCHEVEL TOP LOADING CASE (Manu code: 160519) will be required to be provided along with the above laptops.

Bidders will need to provide one price for all of the items requested as part of the e-auction process including delivery to the Hertfordshire Constabulary Headquarters, Stanborough Road, Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6XF.

Due to space restrictions at the HQ site deliver will have to take place in a 3.5 tonne van (luton box acceptable) and agreed in advance with the ICT client placing the order.

This procurement process will take place in two stages with all

interested parties completing the online questionnaire to demonstrate compliance with the basic requirements. All those bidders that pass this stage will be invited to participate in an e-auction where they will be invited to submit their best prices in a reverse auction. The evaluation process will be 100% on price subject to passing the requirements listed.

The e-auction will take place at midday following the submission of initial responses but is subject to change if there are any unforeseen issues

Additional information: Bidders will be required to register for access to the e-tendering portal but it is free to do and will give you access to many public sector opportunities.

The e-auction will be run via this site so no other submissions will be accepted.

All clarification questions should be submitted via the e-tendering portal to ensure that they are picked up and answered promptly
