The BBC requires a single supplier for the provision of online moderation services.
The BBC encourages its audience members (Users) to interact with the BBC’s Interactive Services by submitting Content in relation to, for example, blogs and commenting and via engagement on non-BBC social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram.
The BBC wishes to procure the non-exclusive provision by the Supplier of flexible moderation services for the BBC’s Interactive Services for up to 24 hours/day, 7 days/week and 365 days/year in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and depending on the BBC’s flexible daily moderation requirements.
