Gloucestershire Self Harm Help Line Service

To provide a person to person phone helpline, online chat, and text messaging support and a self help service to include a dedicated Gloucestershire branded website, providing online web based information and advice. The outcome is to reduce incidents of service user intent, or acts, of self harming and/or suicide, by promoting and increasing awareness of the service including to the wider community in the county, beyond the current high contacts received from Gloucester. We expect potential contractors to meet a number of minimum standards; these are detailed in the ITT. We advise all interested contractors to read the entire ITT and all documents referenced or linked to within the ITT carefully, to inform themselves about the opportunity and whether they would be interested in submitting a response.
