We are looking for a single supplier with expertise in SPF chemistry to develop a skincare formulation for an SPF Hydration serum and cleansing skin balm and mask (note this is one product formulation).
Please note that this opportunity is launched under an NDA. This must be completed to be considered for the opportunity. Completed NDAs must be submitted to bids.spark-fund@hull.ac.uk prior to the below deadline. No further details on the opportunity will be provided until after successful completion of an NDA.
