Dudley MBC in collaboration with Michael Dyson Associates Ltd and Fusion21 are intending to hold a market engagement event for those Contractors who have expressed on interest in tendering for the above project through the Fusion21 framework Lot 1A (Price Band 2). The event will be held on 5th August 2020, 1.30pm at The Village Hotel Birmingham Dudley, Castlegate Drive, Dudley, DY1 4TB to provide those prospective contractors with interim scheme design information, timescales and client expectations for both schemes.
The event will start with a presentation followed by a question and answer session, with representative officers from all disciplines in attendance to offer advice and clarify issues that may arise. The intended aim of the event is to provide interim information for those interested Contractors be able to make an informed judgement on their willingness to tender for the project in accordance with those terms and conditions stipulated.
Additional information: The project will be procured via the Fusion21 framework through a 'mini competition' approach to ensure value for money is demonstrated through competition within a select market testing approach. The aim of the event is to be able to ascertain a firm list of tenderers who will be able to successfully deliver the project requirements within the predisposed time scales dictated by the Homes England grant conditions together with cost and quality requirements. All participating contractors on fusion 21 framework against this Lot are required to confirm attendance by emailing ronny.tigere@dudley.gov.uk or Claire.hall@dudley.gov.uk or Lucy.robinson@dudley.gov.uk Confirmation to attend Early market engagement event must be received no later than 4th August before 12:00 noon
