Data Migration Consultancy

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) invites tenders in respect of a contract for provision of data migration services to support the implementation of the Liquidlogic social care case management systems and the Oxford Computer Consultants (OCC) ContrOCC Finance system across both Children's and Adult's social care. As a result of a series of critical external reports, the Council is currently subject to intervention and five commissioners are undertaking Executive responsibilities and driving the improvement agenda. A key milestone in the improvement agenda is the implementation of a new social care case management system across both Children's and Adult's services. A programme was initiated on 4th June 2015 to commence the implementation of the new systems. The programme team is currently undertaking data migration, systems configuration and user acceptance testing tasks. To ensure the implementations are completed on time, RMBC require data migration specialists to support the implementations from 2nd January 2016. The deadlines for implementation of Liquidlogic/ContrOCC are: Children's System - 11th April 2016 Adult's System - 18th July 2016 Rotherham MBC need to appoint the following roles 1 x Data Migration Lead 1 x Adult's Data Migration specialist 1 x Children's Data Migration specialist
