RMBC-PA-3 Surrey Towers Major Void Works

Contractors are invited to submit their tenders based on a lump sum fixed price for the works as described, for the refurbishment of the empty property, 3 Surrey Towers, which is a three bedroomed ground floor flat, located in Addlestone, Surrey.

The work comprises: The refurbishment of ground floor flat, located in a high rise block of predominately tenanted domestic units. Works include, new fitted bathroom and kitchen, electrical re-wire, new gas-fired central heating system, new flooring and general void work. As part of the process the contractor will be required to:

• oReplace the duct covers and floor
• oCarpet the property
• oInstall new Heating and Hot water system, including the provision of a new boiler
• oRefurbish kitchen
• oRefurbish bathroom
• oCarry out a complete rewire
• oCarry out a complete re-decoration
• oDecorate throughout
