The Provision of Loan Management Services

Business Finance Solutions (part of the Manchester Growth Company) are tendering for the provision of a financial technology solution for its Loan Management Services. The aim is to improve and consolidate its current loan management systems and harness emerging technologies to ‘future proof’ the business. We are seeking bidders who can provide innovative solutions to suit the fast paced competitive environment in which we operate.

PQQ for the Provision of Loan Management Services

You are hereby invited to submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for the above services. Responses to the PQQ will be used as the first step to select suppliers to participate in the full tender process.

This is a competitive procurement process conducted in accordance with the Competitive Dialogue procedure under the under the EC Services Directive, as implemented under UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

If you wish to submit a PQQ, you are required to register as a supplier on the Intend Supplier Platform, https://in-tendhost.co.uk/manchestergrowthcompany/aspx/Home

Once registered, you will be able to log into the system, express your interest and download the PQQ and any associated documentation.

Your PQQ submission will be made on the InTend Portal.

Any submissions received after this time will not be accepted. This is automated on the Intend platform therefore you are encouraged to allow adequate time to upload your PQQ documentation.
