This tender relates to the provision of a range of flexible benefits for employees of Herefordshire Council the objectives of the programme are to extend the range of recognition and reward available to people beyond 'salary' enabling people to choose from discounts and offers as they wish alongside non-financial benefits such as Employee Assistance Programmes and resilience building resources
