GB-Benfleet: Castle Point Planned Maintenance Contract 2016/2017

Minor planned maintenance repair works to 18 Corporate properties located across Castle Point Borough including;

•Flat roof refurbishments

•Installation of beam and block floor

•Replacement windows

•Minor building repairs, brickwork/render repairs, external cladding, roof repairs, decoration works, paving improvements, fire safety works, rainwater and soil goods, woodblock floor repairs and some investigation works as fully detailed in the Specification and Schedule of Works.

The tender return date is 12.00 noon Thursday 25th August 2016. The tender period is 3 weeks.
