LMH requires insurance services, the principal service requirement being the provision of insurance cover. The key requirement within LMH's insurance programme is housing stock property cover for circa 15,000 social housing properties, (available for rent) and circa 450 leasehold properties. 1.2 Insurance cover will also be required for but not restricted to: Property Stock Property Terrorism Combined Liability Motor Fleet Engineering Inspection Office Combined equipment (not including computers) Excess Liability Commercial Legal Expenses Computers Group Personal Accident Engineering Insurance - ( to include the plant, equipment and stocks) Fidelity Guarantee Office Terrorism Computer Terrorism Contract Works Contract Works Terrorism Excess Directors & Offices Cyber Liability Profession Indemnity
