CCTV Supply, Maintenance & Software

The Borough of Poole intends for this contract to deliver all aspects of CCTV system maintenance. In general the items to be maintained under this contract are the existing cameras, the fibre optic, wireless and microwave links, the various control room equipment and any new cameras that may be installed during the life of the contract. In addition to maintaining the equipment as set out in this specification, an annual inspection and cleansing of the equipment and a report of the condition of the equipment is required. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing the access vehicle and safety barriers, for servicing the camera assembly (i.e. camera, lens, housing and pan and tilt unit), etc., and all tools, test equipment, spares, goods and materials in fulfilling the maintenance services and they shall be deemed to be included in the full contract price. The duration is 1st April 2016 - 31st March 2019, with the possibility of a two year extension.
