Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Combined Procurement - PIN Notice

Background

NHS England are seeking a CRM system, with the ability to track, filter and report against the individuals and organisations that we are engaging and working with and the activities we are doing with them. We need this to happen on a user-friendly system, with a minimal dependence on the supplier in modifying and maintaining the system.

Alongside a CRM, NHS England currently manage several communications software systems. Ideally, we would be looking for a system that can integrate these tools, either by directly replacing the tool or by offering the ability to seamlessly integrate within the CRM.

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to engage with the market only, in preparation for a potential procurement process being undertaken in the near future.
