Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking an experienced and qualified operator for the soon to be constructed Splashlands Wet and Dry Adventure Play Area in Stanborough Park, Welwyn Garden City. It is the council's intention to appoint the operator in September 2019 so that they can input into the final design of the facility with the operation commencing in Summer 2020.
