BT81 -Changing futures Programme

The Changing Futures programme is a pilot programme of fixed length funded by DLUHC to improve our understanding of how to change systems in order to achieve better outcomes for individuals experiencing Multiple Disadvantages. We are now in our evaluation phase and as part of this we'd like to commission interviews for clients that have received support from the programme, as well as its frontline workers, to understand the impact and effectiveness of the programme.
