This Call-Off Contract will deliver the following Analytics services to Surrey and Borders Partnership.
| • | Optimize Enterprise Data Platform and deliver a MVP that delivers raw data layer, landing zone and Con-formed data layer. |
| • | Project Manage the Datawarehouse Programme, in-cluding recruiting/training of new members |
| • | Recreate SQL scripts to improve run times and per-formance |
| • | Build Data Marts and business views for PowerBI con-sumption, including revalidation and testing |
| • | Redirect and reassign PowerBI reports |
| • | Create documentation for new solution including de-sign and configuration |
| • | Train substantive team on the new solution |
