| 1.1 | Broadacres server, network and storage infrastructure is coming towards end of their supportable life, replacement hardware with suitable sizing and scalability is sought to replace the current hardware. |
| 1.2 | The vision for the project is to replace the current hardware and support with a best fit and best of breed technology. Aligned to a review of company processes to deliver the best customer experience for our customers. |
| 1.3 | Broadacres also has a cloud-first strategy, where possible, and is self-sufficient in maintaining and managing our infrastructure, however professional services to implement a new solution and the ongoing support is required. |
