The proposed development includes a single storey rear extension and internal conversion works to a 2-bedroom semi-detached bungalow, in order to provide additional living accommodation to meet the needs of a disabled occupant. Works also include associated electrical and mechanical works. Further competition exercise via RCP4 Lot 5.
