Provision of Occupational Health Services (including Psychological Support and Physiotherapy Services) to believe housing.
This contract is for an initial period of two years commencing 01 January 2021 until 31 December 2022 (with an option to extend for up to a further two years)
believe housing wishes to appoint one service provider to each lot under this contract, and service providers may be appointed to more than one lot:
Lot 1 - Occupational Health Services
Lot 2 - Psychological Support
Lot 3 - Physiotherapy
