EBC-MC-Pay By Phone Parking Service

Elmbridge Borough Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of pay by mobile phone parking services at the parking locations throughout the Borough.

In addition this Framework Agreement will be utilised by the following Councils:-

Guildford Borough Council Runnymede Borough Council Waverley Borough Council & Woking Borough Council
