Request for Information - Diabetic Eye Screening Programme for West Yorkshire

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) working for and on behalf of NHS England, Yorkshire and the Humber who wish to undertake a Request for Information (RFI) exercise in order to gather feedback from potential providers on the following areas:

• Feedback from potential providers in relation to example technical response questions to be used within the Invitation to Tender
• Feedback from potential providers in relation to market capability and capacity

NECS is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this RFI exercise and communicate with organisations who have expressed an interest. Accordingly, all communications and submissions will be conducted via the In-Tend portal, https://in-tendhost.co.uk/necs. It is free to register on the portal, which can be accessed at any time of day. A dedicated helpdesk is available should potential providers have any queries and can be contacted on 0844 2728810 (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm) / support@in-tend.co.uk.

A RFI document for completion is available to all potential providers once they express an interest via the In-tend website.

Please note that information collected during the RFI exercise is not a binding agreement nor is it a guarantee of any forthcoming agreement.

The RFI document submission deadline is 12 noon on Thursday 10th December 2015.

Any RFI’s submitted after this time may not be considered.
