description
The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) are seeking a provider to deliver a programme entitled 'Stepping into Leadership'.
The aim of this project is to support individuals as they move into their first leadership/management role within a Further Education (FE) setting, or for those individuals that have recently stepped into a leadership/management role without any previous formal training.
This programme will give these individuals leadership skills, resources, tools and knowledge. It will also give programme participants the opportunity to learn and share. This programme will also give the programme participants the opportunity to learn from others from across the FE sector and build networks for future development.
The ETF are pleased to invite you to take part in this Pre-Market Engagement Exercise. The Pre-Market Engagement exercise is used by the ETF to:
- Understand market intelligence better
- Better understand the suppliers and organisations in their respective market, develop specification requirements and consider ways of making the contract more effective
- Help establish costs and benefits from potential approaches to help determine the best procurement and contracting approach
At the conclusion of the Market Engagement exercise, the ETF aims to have a clear understanding of the potential interest from the market, the viability of the timescales, an indication of the range of bid prices, and any obstacles that may be encountered by potential bidders.
This document is intended as information only. The ETF at its discretion may use the information:
- As part of developing an organisational Business Case
