The purpose of a No Second Night Out (NSNO)/Assertive Outreach service is to support into settled accommodation people who are either sleeping on the streets or who are at risk of rough sleeping. In order to achieve this the Provider will be required to work flexibly in engaging with homeless single people or childless couples, securing short term accommodation and assisting with moves into longer-term settled accommodation. To facilitate securing private sector property this service will include the delivery and management of a Bond scheme.
