Humber NHS Foundation Trust is considering commissioning capacity for the following diagnostic modalities at Alfred Bean Hospital, Driffield , East Yorkshire:

X-ray, non-obstetric ultrasound; to include direct access diagnostics for GP referrals.

Background

The Trust currently provides Mental Health, Community Services, Learning Disability and Addiction services from a wide range of close to 70 sites across the City of Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. The Trust also provides community and out of hours services in Whitby and the surrounding area and Forensic Services to patients from the wider Yorkshire and Humber area. The strategic intent of the Trust is to provide services in a more efficient, cost effective, person-centred and agile manner.

The Trust is seeking to engage a sub-contractor to provide Consultant led diagnostic services at the Alfred Bean Hospital site situated in Driffield, East Yorkshire to support a range of outpatient clinics, GP direct access and a minor injuries unit. A summary of the services required and the facilities available are summarised in the table in the attachment below

AT PRESENT WE ARE JUST REQUIRING EXPESSIONS OF INTEREST AND COMPLETION OF QUESTIONNAIRE UPLOADED AND SUBMITTED ON PORTAL BY 12 NOON 30/03/17. FURTHER RESPONSE DOCUMENTATION WILL BE ISSUED VIA THE PORTAL SHORTLY WHICH WILL THEN FOLLOW PROCEDURE BELOW

  1. Responding to the tender - There will be a tab allocated to any tender stage (e.g. PQQ and/or ITT). Under the `My Tender Return` area, you will be required to complete any mandatory questionnaires and upload any requested documentation. You can now use the `Correspondence` function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification (any clarifications will be found within the `Clarifications` tab). - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete and submit your response. - There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available).

You must then submit your reply using the `Submit Response` button at the bottom of the page. If you require any further assistance please consult the online help, or contact the In-tend Support Desk. Alerts will be sent to your request email addresses when any correspondence, alterations or clarifications are issued.
