HEART are tendering to commission a single Supplier Framework Agreement to undertake Occupational Therapists services for the HEART partnership on an ad-hoc and reactive nature. The successful Service Provider must be reliable and experienced, with experience of assessing housing needs and are familiar with DFG legislation.

This Framework Agreement will be called upon during times of high demand to ensure HEART can continue to deliver a high standard of service to its customers without delay. Currently HEART have an internal team of Occupational Therapists however, HEART demand is increasing therefore to ensure service continuity the service requires a Framework Agreement to call-off home assessment services during times of high demand.

IMPORTANT: There is no guarantee HEART require the services under this Framework Agreement and HEART does not guarantee any level or spend or volume of work through the framework agreement.
