The Authority is seeking to obtain tendered quotations for all RIBA Work Stages from 3 - 6 inclusive for Fox Street Site and RIBA Work Stage 2 for Portland Square. Tenderers will be expected to provide a unit price per RIBA Work Stage within their design and project management fee proposal.
