Birmingham City University wished to establish a framework agreement for building construction work including: -Remodelling & Refurbishment work

-Electrical & Mechanical installation work

The framework will be used for a variety of projects ranging from small refurbishments up to more significant projects of a value up to (approximately) the OJEU Works threshold.

The tender has been split into the following lots:

Lot 1 – Building construction Work including M&E Installations - Projects up to £250,000 ex. VAT Lot 2 – Building construction Work including M&E Installations - Projects above £250,000 ex. VAT Lot 3 – M&E Installations - Projects up to £250,000 ex. VAT

Lot 4 – M&E Installations - Projects above £250,000 ex. VAT

Bidders may express interest in one or multiple lots.
