The Council is seeking to commission a Parent and Community Support Service to deliver support, advice, guidance, training and practical tools to community groups, schools and voluntary/community groups who wish to become actively involved in running existing children’s centre provision for families with young children and developing further provision in line with the community needs and aspirations.
