Flat Roof Repairs to two roofs at St Georges CofE First School Stevenson Avenue Redditch B98 8LU - Re-Tender

Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building Roofing Contractors to carry the repairs to the roofs at St George's CE First School Stevenson Avenue Redditch B98 8LU The project involves over-roofing two flat roof areas with new metal sheet roof coverings. Specifically, this includes:

• Removal of existing felt roof coverings, insulation and roof-lights
• Demolition of a roof mounted tank room
• New warm roof with standing seam aluminium roof sheets laid to a shallow pitch
• New roof lights
• Lightweight steel framing system to support site assembled roof panels
• Alterations to hall windows
• New fascia, gutters and external downpipes
• Below ground connections to existing drainage
• Alterations to existing M & E fittings.

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

This is a resubmission of the tender that was originally tendered in April.

Works to be complete by: 01st November 2019

Ascertain the nature of the site, access thereto and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the Works.

All operatives working on the site must hold Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service Clearance (DBS)
