SBS is tendering on behalf of NHS England for a supplier to undertake development of national guidance for providers and commissioners of NHS commissioned services (primarily Health & Justice services) to facilitate the more open and inclusive recruitment and retention policies and practices, specifically with reference to the employment of people with lived experience (PwLE) of the criminal and youth justice systems. \ The aim is to ensure providers and commissioners of Health & Justice commissioned services in England have evidence-based guidance available to inform their respective policies and practices concerning the employment of PwLE and increase the proportion of services' workforces that are comprised of PwLE, in a wider variety of job roles and levels of employment. - Please submit any clarification questions by Monday 1st February at 12pm.\ \
