Production and editing the Environment Agency’s free quarterly newsletter, the Water Demand Management Bulletin.

This contract is for the production and editing of the demand management bulletin we require the following information:
- details of proposed approach and method for developing, producing and distributing the demand bulletin (copy attached)
- improvements you would make to the bulletin, including examples of the format you would propose
- how you would increase the distribution
- details of the personnel you are proposing to carry out the service, including CVs of your key personnel
- details of how you propose to maintain continuity of personnel
- details of your experience of carrying out similar contracts over the last 3 years
- your approach to sustainability and health and safety
- completed Pricing Schedule
- completed Prior Rights Schedule
- confirmation that terms and conditions are accepted
